CAD/CAM瓷嵌体与金属嵌体密合度的对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定镍铬合金嵌体和CAD/CAM瓷嵌体与牙体之间粘结剂的厚度,客观评价两种修复体的密合度,判断两种嵌体的远期修复效果,指导临床实践操作。方法选择近期拔除的30个完整牙齿,制备成Ⅱ类箱状洞型,随机分为2组,每实验组15个牙。2组嵌体粘结后,5 g/L碱性品红染色24 h,体视显微镜观测嵌体密合度。结果 CAD/CAM瓷嵌体与牙体窝洞边缘之间间隙较小,镍铬合金嵌体与牙体窝洞边缘之间间隙较大,且有统计学意义。结论 CAD/CAM瓷嵌体边缘密合度较好,可更好的应用于临床。 objective Determination of nickel and chromium alloy porcelain inlay and CAD/CAM between inlay and tooth thickness of binder,objective evaluation of two kinds of fit of the restoration,the assessment of the effect of long-term fix two inlay,guide the clinical practice.Methods Recent 30 complete pulling teeth,preparation intoⅡclass box type hole,randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 15 teeth.After the inlay bonding of the two groups,5g/L basic fuchsia was stained for 24h,and the inlay density was observed by stereoscopy.Results The gap between CAD/CAM porcelain insert and the edge of dental cavity was small,and the gap between nickel-chrome alloy insert and the edge of dental cavity was large and statistically significant.Conclusion The edge tightness of CAD/CAM porcelain inlay is good and can be used in clinic.
