The executive power of anti-corruption system is a powerful guarantee for the accomplishment of the fundamental task of establishing high moral values and cultivating talents in colleges.The lack of leadership,publicity and coordination in the implementation of the system has seriously affected the establishment of the value of integrity and the validity of execution.It is necessary to adhere to and consolidate the Party’s political core role in colleges,enhance the publicity of party members as well as cadres and teachers and students,and improve the synergy of the design and operation of anti-corruption system.
