党的十九大报告强调,"思想建设是党的基础性建设",要"以坚定理想信念宗旨为根基"。思想理论清醒,政治才能坚定,党的思想作风关系着党的发展兴衰、民心向背及党的形象,它是保持党同人民群众的血肉联系,保证革命和建设事业长治久安的重大问题,加强党的作风建设历来是党的建设中的核心问题。锡林郭勒盟作为祖国边疆少数民族聚居地区,要顺应时代发展要求,加强新形势下党员干部的思想作风建设,更要积极推进党员干部思想作风建设走向常态化。

The Nineteenth National Congress of CPC emphasizes that“ideological construction is the basic construction of the Party”.It also focuses on“the tenet of firm and ideal faith”.Sober the thought theory is,can politics be firm.The party’s ideological style is related to the rise and fall of the Party,the support of the people and the image of the Party.It is a major issue of maintaining the bonds between the Party and the masses and ensuring the long term stability in the cause of revolution and construction.Strengthening the Party’s style of work has always been the core issue in the Party building.As an area where minority nationalities live in the border areas in China,Xilin Gol League should conform to the times,strengthen the ideology and work style construction of the Party members cadres under the new situation.It also should promote the normalization of the ideology and work style construction of Party cadres.
