文化旅游资源分类、价值与市场潜力评价——以乌珠穆沁文化旅游资源为例

摘要 本文采用AHP层次分析,对乌珠穆沁文化旅游资源价值决定因素进行抽取分析,认为文化旅游市场潜在价值的决定因素是文化旅游资源自身的品位以及内在文化价值。在全部文化旅游价值中,市场价值占比为68.2%,非市场价值占比为31.8%,具有较高潜在市场价值。文化旅游资源内在价值主要由固有价值、旅游价值以及传承保护三个方面共同决定。在此基础上,运用模糊综合评价法,对文化旅游资源市场潜力进行评价,认为预期市场价值又受到资源开发利用程度、客源市场、文化旅游产品价格等因素影响。预期乌珠穆沁旅游文化旅游资源市场潜力将逐步释放,持续创造新增价值。 This article uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to analyse the determinants of the cultural tourism resources in Ujimqin,and the findings is that the determinants of potential value is the grade of culture tourism resources and the intrinsic cultural value.In all cultural tourism value,market-value accounted for 68.2%,non-market value accounted for 31.8%,the intrinsic value of the cultural tourism resources is mainly composed of intrinsic value,tourism value and heritage protection.By using the Fuzzy Comprehension Evaluation method,make an analysis for cultural tourism resources,market potential,think the expected value and market by the degree of development and utilization,tourism market,cultural tourism products price factors.Ujimqin tourism culture resources market potential will be gradually released,the size of the market will be further expanded.
