基于粘结碳化硼的铝板大圆弧通道核保护装置制备工艺

摘要 作为一种防辐射装置,碳化硼屏蔽材料在核辐射环境下应用较为广泛。介绍了粘接碳化硼的铝板大圆弧通道核保护装置的制备工艺,包括粘接载体铝板的折弯、压制模具的结构、脱模层的填涂、填料、合模压制及固化成型等。通过该制备工艺制出的碳化硼中子屏蔽材料,能满足中子的屏蔽要求,并成功地应用于大圆弧通道中碳化硼屏蔽装置的生产制造。 As a radiation protection device,boron carbide shielding material is widely used in nuclear radiation condition.This paper introduces the preparation process of large arc passage nuclear protection device for aluminum plate based on bonded boron carbide,mainly including the bending of the bonded carrier aluminum plate,the structure of the compacting mold,the filling of the release layer,the padding,combined mould and the solidification of material and so on.The boron carbide neutron shielding material prepared by this process can meet the requirement of shielding neutrons and is successfully used to fabricate the boron carbide shielding devices in large circular arc passages.
