摘要
介绍了安钢高强度热轧热镀锌用制管用钢的研发情况,详述其成分体系的设计原理以及冶炼、轧钢的过程控制,成分设计中要保证最终产品的镀锌质量要保证钢中Si含量要低,采用钛微合金化技术结合控轧控冷工艺保证热轧产品性能指标,研发结果表明,该产品成本低,力学性能、表面质量均满足用户使用要求。
In this paper,the research and development of high strength hot rolled galvanized steel for pipe in Anyang iron&steel Co.,Ltd are introduced.The design principles of the composition system,smelting and rolling process control are described in detail.The component is designed to guarantee the galvanization quality of the final product and the low content of Si.The controlled rolling and cooling process is adopted for roiling to guarantee the hot-rolled product index to satisfy the product performance after galvanization.The results show that the product has low cost,mechanical properties and surface quality meet requirements of the user.
