摘要
以安钢6 m焦炉为例,针对焦炉加热后产生的SO_2、NO_x,采取活性炭焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝一体化工艺进行处理。该工艺装置投产后运行稳定,各项工艺指标均达到设计要求,既达到《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB16171-2012)规定最低限值排放的标准,又实现了脱硫后资源的回收。对该工艺存在的问题提出了改进建议。
Taking the 6 m coke oven of Angang as an example,the SO 2 and NO x in exhaust gas is removed with the activated carbon.After putting into operation,the process equipment runs stably,and each process index meets the design requirements,which not only meets the minimum emission standard stipulated in GB16171-2012,but also realizes the recovery of desulphurized resources after desulphurization.Suggestions for improvement of the process are put forward.
