摘要
通过对热量平衡与物料平衡的理论分析,在实践上利用鱼雷罐加盖技术对铁水进行保温,冶炼过程中添加焦炭,硅铁等提温剂,吹炼过程中通过优化辅料、枪位、氧气流量、底吹流量等操作工艺,补偿由于降铁耗而减少的热量,使终点温度、成分达到目标值。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the heat balance and material balance,this paper uses the technology of torpedo cans to insulate the molten iron in practice.During the smelting process,coke,ferrosilicon and other temperature-increasing agents are added.During the blowing process,the auxiliary materials and gun positions oxygen flow rate,bottom-blowing flow rate and other operating processes compensate are optimized.These can compensate for the loss of heat due to iron consumption,so that the end temperature and composition can achieve the target value.
