摘要
介绍了安钢1 780 mm热连轧步进梁式加热炉在生产运行中的一些突出问题,针对这些问题对加热炉的烧嘴、耐材、炉底结构进行了优化改进,取得的显著的效果,保障了品种钢的生产要求和加热炉的安全稳定运行。
This paper introduces some outstanding problems in the production and operation of the walking beam heating furnace of 1 780 mm HSM in Anyang Steel.By optimizing and improving nozzle,refractory material,furnace bottom structure,the problems are solved and positive effects are obtained.The production requirements of the high quality steel,the safe and stable operation of the reheating furnace are guaranteed.
