智能制造背景下高职人才培养研究

On Talent Cultivation in Vocational Colleges in the Background of Intellectual Manufacturing

随着《中国制造2025》的不断推进,我国制造企业逐渐向智能化方向发展,生产模式的变化导致了新兴岗位和岗位内涵的变化,尤其在机器人大规模使用后,企业更面临"人才难寻"的尴尬境地,而高职院校毕业生却依然就业困难。为此,本文分析了我国智能制造业的新特点,提出了适合智能制造背景下人才培养模式的新举措。

With the progress of“Made in China 2025”,the manufacturing industries in China has gradually turned to the intellectual orientation.The change of production pattern leads to the change of working post connotation,es-pecially after the large-scale use of machines,enterprises need professional talents badly while vocational college graduates have difficulties in employment.The paper analyzes the new traits of the intellectual manufacturing indus-try in China and provides some new measures for the talent cultivation in vocational colleges in the background of in-tellectual manufacturing.
