高校弱势体育群体精准帮扶之研究——以河北省部分高校为例

On Precise Support to Vulnerable Group of Students in Physical Education in Colleges——A case of Colleges in Hebei Province

高校大学生体育弱势群体是指特体、体弱、病残等特定学生群体。通过对河北省部分高校进行实地调查以及文献调查等手段,发现这部分学生占总学生的1%左右。他们无法正常参与一些体育项目,无法正常通过体育教学测试,本研究对体育弱势群体进行系统分类及定义,同时提出加强与改进这部分学生的身体与心理状况的途径。其中包括学校及教育管理部门应加大重视程度,制定和出台相关政策;配备专职教师开设与之相适应的体育教学内容;加大对这一部分学生的心理辅导,克服其存在的心理阴影;成立特种体育社团,给予资金和场地器材的支持,开设特殊运动会、设定比赛日等活动形式,使这一群体真正参加到体育活动当中,最终实现健康路上一个也不能少。

The vulnerable group of students in physical education(PE)in colleges refer to those who are special in body,weak in body,sick and disabled.The paper investigates some colleges in Hebei province and conducts the lit-erature survey of the colleges,finding that this group of students occupies 1%.The authors of the paper define and classify the vulnerable group of students in PE and provide ways to strengthen and improve this group of students’physical and psychological status,including establishing policies concerned by colleges,setting specific PE and training contents for these students,conducting psychological service,holding sports meets of special type for these students,etc.
