院前急救护理及手术室护理干预对急性脑出血患者预后和并发症的影响观察

Effect of the pre-hospital care and operation room nursing intervention on prognosis and complications of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨院前急救护理联合手术室护理干预对急性脑出血患者预后和并发症的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2018年10月我院收治的急性脑出血患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组接受院前急救护理联合手术室护理干预,对照组接受常规急救和护理。对比分析2组患者预后及并发症发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),病死率和并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Barthel评分和Fegl-Mevyer评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抢救时效性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性脑出血患者接受院前急救护理联合手术室护理干预,可明显提高救治时效性,降低病死率,减少并发症,改善预后。

Objective To explore the effect of prehospital combined with operating room emergency care on the prognosis and complications of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected,and they were randomized into observation and treatment groups of 60 cases each.The observation group received prehospital first aid and operating room nursing coordinated intervention,the control group received routine pre-hospital emergency care and operating room nursing intervention.The prognosis and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the mortality and complication rates were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel score and Fegl-Mevyer score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The aged observation group was obviously superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute cerebral hemorrhage patients receiving pre hospital combined operation roomfirst aid nursing intervention can obviously improve the effectiveness of treatment,reduce mortality,reduce complications and improve the prognosis.
