护理干预改善人工流产妇女焦虑抑郁情绪的效果观察

Effect of nursing intervention on improving anxiety and depression of women with induced abortion

目的分析护理干预对人工流产妇女焦虑抑郁情绪的改善效果。方法选取我院妇产科2016年1月—2017年12月期间收治的220例人工流产妇女作为研究对象,按照护理方法的差异分为观察组(110例)和对照组(110例)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组产妇在对照组基础上采取优质护理干预,比较2组护理干预前后的焦虑抑郁情绪和护理满意度。结果干预后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均较前明显降低,且观察组降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组满意99例,不满意11例,护理满意度为90.00%;观察组满意108例,不满意2例,护理满意度为98.18%,观察组护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实施人工流产的妇女开展优质护理干预,可较好地缓解其负性情绪,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of women with induced abortion.Methods 220 women with induced abortion admitted to the gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research object.According to the difference of nursing methods,the patients were divided into observation group(110 cases)and control group(110 cases).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care.On the basis of high quality nursing intervention,the anxiety and depression before and after nursing intervention and the influence of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction in the control group was 90.00%,including 99 cases of satisfaction and 11 cases of dissatisfaction,the degree of satisfaction in the observation group was 98.18%,of which 108 cases were satisfied and 2 cases were dissatisfied.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing intervention for women with induced abortion can better alleviate the negative emotions such as fear,depression and anxiety,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing treatment,promote doctor-patient relationship,which is recognized by the majority of patients and is worth promoting.
