摘要
目的探讨优质护理在晚期癌症患者疼痛护理中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月—12月我科90例晚期癌症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组行常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理基础上实施优质护理,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的疼痛程度、心理状况和对护理满意程度均明显更优(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在晚期癌症患者的疼痛护理中具有显著的应用效果。
Objective To analysis the effect of high quality nursing in pain nursing on advanced stage cancer patients.Methods Selected 90 patients admitted and diagnosed by our hospital for advanced stage cancer from January 2017 to December 2017,and randomly divided them into and control group and observation group.The routine nursing was applied to the control group,the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and then the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the patient in the observation group had more effect to improve the degree of pain,psychological condition and satisfaction with nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing in pain nursing on advanced stage cancer patients achieved better clinical application effect.
