不同针灸疗法治疗中风后肩手综合征的效果比较

Effect of different acupuncture treatments on post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome

目的研究不同针灸疗法对中风后肩手综合征的治疗效果。方法选取在我院接受治疗的中风后肩手综合征患者82例,根据治疗方法的不同分为2组,对照组患者接受电针治疗,试验组患者接受温针治疗。对比2组的临床疗效、疼痛VAS评分、肿胀评分和上肢运动功能评分。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的疼痛VAS评分、肿胀评分、上肢运动功能评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中风后肩手综合征患者接受温针治疗能够有效改善病情,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effects of different acupuncture treatments on post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods Eighty-two patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome who were treated in our hospital were selected.According to the different methods of treatment,patients were divided into two groups.The control group received electroacupuncture treatment,and the experimental group received warm needle treatment.The clinical efficacy,VAS score,swelling score and upper limb motor function score of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,swelling score and upper limb motor function score of the experimental patients were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke can receive warm needle treatment,which can effectively improve the patient's condition and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worthy of popularization and application.
