失眠与血管内皮细胞功能的相关性的研究

Correlation between insomnia and vascular endothelial function

目的探究失眠患者与健康人群相比血管内皮功能的情况。方法入选2013年1月～2016年3月于陆军总医院体检筛查失眠患者(n=109)和健康人群(n=98),采用血管内皮功能监测仪Endo PAT2000(以色列,Itamar.公司)测定反应性充血指数(RHI),比较两组RHI水平的差异。结果两组患者一般资料相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的RHI水平差异具有高度显著性差异,失眠组明显低于健康对照组[(1.30±0.56)vs.(2.43±0.18),P<0.01]。结论失眠患者血管内皮功能受损较为明显。

Objective To compare vascular endothelial function between insomnia patients and healthy population.Methods The insomnia patients(insomnia group,n=109)and healthy controls(healthy group,n=98)were chosen from Chinese PLA Army General Hospital from Jan.2013 to Mar.2016.The vascular endothelial function was determined through detecting reactive hyperemia index(RHI)by using Endo PAT2000.The difference in RHI level was compared between 2 groups.Results The difference in general materials had no statistical significance between 2 groups(P>0.05).The difference in RHI level was highly significant between 2 groups,and that was significantly lower in insomnia group(1.30±0.56)than that in healthy group(2.43±0.18,P<0.01).Conclusion The injury of vascular endothelial function is significant in insomnia patients.
