血清HGF、PDGF、CysC与急性冠脉综合征相关性研究

The relationship between the serum levels of HGF, PDGF, CysC of patients with acute coronary syndromes and severity

目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平变化及与疾病严重程度的相关性。方法选取2017年1月～2017年11月期间于赤峰学院附属医院心内科进行冠状动脉造影术(CAG)并住院接受治疗的ACS患者162例。另选择CAG结果正常的47例受试者作为对照组。比较ACS患者外周血HGF、PDGF、CysC的表达变化及ACS患者和对照组受试者外周血HGF、PDGF、CysC表达的差异,探讨HGF、PDGF、CysC与Gensini评分的相关性。结果 ACS患者外周血HGF、PDGF、CysC含量和Gensini评分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。不稳定型心绞痛、ST段抬高型心肌梗死和非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者外周血HGF、PDGF、CysC水平以及Gensini评分基本一致(P>0.05)。三支病变的ACS患者外周血HGF、PDGF、CysC水平以及Gensini评分明显高于单支病变和双支病变患者(P<0.05)。经Logistic多因素回归分析,ACS患者Gensini评分与HGF、PDGF、CysC表达水平升高以及病变分支数增加是ACS病变严重程度的危险因素(P>0.05)。结论 HGF、PDGF、CysC可作为血管新生个体化基因治疗的潜在靶点。

Objective To discuss the levels of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),platelet derived growth factor(PDGF),cystatin c(CysC)in peripheral arterial blood of patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS)and the relationship with severity.Methods We analyzed 162 ACS patients treated by coronary angiography(CAG)from January 2017 to November 2017.Besides,there were 47 volunteers with normal CAG result as the control group.The expression levels of HGF,PDGF,CysC in peripheral arterial blood of all volunteers were detected and compared.And the relationship between the levels of HGF,PDGF,CysC and Gensini scores of ACS patients.Results The serum levels of HGF,PDGF,CysC in ACS patients were higher than the control volunteers(P<0.05).There was no difference of the serum levels of HGF,PDGF,CysC and Gensini scores in patients with unstable angina(UA),ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)or non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)(P>0.05).The serum levels of HGF,PDGF,CysC and Gensini scores in patients with three lesions were higher than those in the patients with one lesion or two lesions(P<0.05).According to the results of logistic analysis,Gensini score was positive correlative with HGF,PDGF,CysC and the counts of diseases coronary branches(P<0.05).Conclusion HGF,PDGF,CysC could be the potential targets of the individual gene therapy for acute coronary syndromes,as the acute coronary disease severity predictors.
