Exploration of Talent Cultivation“Catch Point Project”from the Perspective of“Cultivation with Moralism”:Taking Lingnan Normal University as Example

当前,党和国家对教师教育人才培育工作提出了新的要求,广东也正在推进"新师范"建设。岭南师范学院围绕立德树人根本任务,坚持全员全过程全方位育人,明确办学育人的根本方向,通过辩证地分析学生需要的变化及学生发展服务中的不平衡与不充分,积极落实"以学生发展为中心"的理念,全面推进并实施人才培育"抓点工程",书写岭南师范学院人才培育工作的奋进之笔。

At present,the party and the state have put forward new requirements on teacher’s education in talent cultivation.Guangdong is also promoting the construction of"New Normal Education".Lingnan Normal University adheres to the fundamental task of cultivation moralism,insisting on the whole process of all-round education,making clearly the fundamental direction of the school education,realizing students'changing needs,and analyzing dialectically the imbalance and insufficiency in the service of students'development,so as to actively implement the concept of"student-centered development",to promote the"catch point project"for talent cultivation comprehensively,and to achieve new and great deeds in Lingnan Normal University’s talent cultivation.
