摘要
利用有限元软件ABAQUS研究了机柜的固有振动特性、冲击载荷作用下机柜的瞬态动力响应及机柜不同位置的冲击环境,分析了机柜横板厚度、横板结构形式对机柜不同位置冲击环境的影响。发现机柜结构的薄弱区域为外板和中间横板,改变横板结构形式能有效改善机柜的冲击环境。
The vibration characteristics,the transient dynamic response under the shock load and the shock environment at different positions of the cabinet are researched by finite element software ABAQUS.The influence of the thickness and the structure of the horizontal plate on the shock environment of different positions of the cabinet are analyzed.It can be found that The weak areas of the cabinet structure are the outer panel and the middle horizontal panel.Also Changing the horizontal plate structure can effectively improve the shock environment of the cabinet.
