摘要
为提高后方油库油料保障效能,以探索提高油库油料保障效能评估方法为目标,界定了油料保障效能的相关概念和分类,阐释了聚类分析的基本原理和聚类方法分类。以一个案例研究为蓝本,分别以油库"持续保障能力"和油库"油料保障综合效能"为聚类对象,采用R型聚类和Q型聚类对后方油库进行油料保障效能评估。评估结果表明:采用聚类分析进行油库油料保障效能评估,能显著降低评估指标数据的维度,方法科学、可靠性高,为探索提高油库油料保障效能评估的方法提供了新的思路。
In order to improve the oil supply efficiency of rear oil depot,the paper defines the concept and classification of the oil support effectiveness,and explains the basic principle of clustering analysis and the classification of the clustering method in order to explore the evaluation method of improving the oil support efficiency of the oil depot.Finally,taking a case study as the blueprint,taking the“sustained support ability”of oil depot and the“comprehensive efficiency of oil support”in oil depot as clustering objects,R type clustering and Q type clustering are used to evaluate the oil security effectiveness of rear oil depot.It has been proved by practice that cluster analysis can significantly reduce the dimension of evaluation index data,and the method is scientific and reliable,which provides a new idea for improving the evaluation method of oil supply support efficiency in oil depot.
