航油管道应急抢修专业队伍侧重抢修实体建设,忽略能力分析评估,针对该问题,结合航油管道应急抢险能力要素,构建6个一级、44个二级管道应急抢修能力分析评估指标体系,运用层次分析法分析评估各层次指标所占权重,创建了管道应急抢修能力分析评估计算模型,提出了一套机场输油管道应急抢修能力分析评估办法。

There has been a phenomenon that focuses on physical construction and ignores capacity analysis and evaluation.For this reason,this paper combines the emergency rescue capability elements of aviation oil pipeline,and constructs an emergency rescue capability analysis and evaluation index system which involves six first-level and 44 second-level pipelines,and it uses AHP to analyze and evaluate the weight of indicators at all levels,and establishes the pipeline emergency rescue capability analysis and evaluation model,and proposes a set of airport oil pipeline emergency rescue capability analysis and evaluation method.
