信息优势度量方法综述

Overview of the Measurement Method of Information Superiority

针对当前的信息优势研究概念内涵不够清晰,度量方法多元不一的问题,梳理信息优势理论的发展和完善过程,剖析信息优势的内涵机理和概念本质,对当前信息优势的度量方法进行归纳,总结了基于信息流、基于知识增益和基于信息质量的信息优势度量方法;通过感知信息和客观信息之间差异的度量模型,以与信息优势的适应性和模型的可操作性为参考指标,对以上3种度量方法进行对比。分析3种方法的各自特点和适用范围。当前信息优势度量的研究在信息优势的度量准则上具有广泛的共识,而在具体的方法和指标建立上尚没有统一的标准,需要进一步的深入研究。

In view of the current connotation of the concept of information superiority,the concept is not clear enough,the methods of measurement vary,and the process of development and improvement of the theory of information superiority is combed.The connotation mechanism and concept essence of information superiority were thoroughly analyzed,and the measurement methods of current information advantages were summarized.This paper proposed a summary of information superiority measurement methods based on information flow,knowledge gain and information quality.Through the measurement model of the difference between perceptual information and objective information,and the adaptability of information advantages and the operability of the model as reference indicators,the above three measurement methods were compared.It analyzed the respective characteristics and application scope of the three methods.The study of current information superiority metrics has a wide consensus on the metrics of information superiority.There are no uniform standards for the establishment of specific methods and indicators,and further research is needed.
