摘要
发动机在进行无损探伤时,由于工业CT设备对于场地的要求,发动机需要运输至检测地进行探伤,使得发动机的战备值班率降低。为避免盲目的、无依据的探伤,通过应力应变计算选取了关键点,分别计算自然贮存和舰载值班状态下的累积损伤,将两种状态的累积损伤进行折算,确定某型固体火箭发动机的无损探伤时机,为科学地进行无损探伤提供了一定的理论依据。
During the nondestructive testing of the engine,the engine needs to be transported to the detection site for the requirements of the industrial CT equipment to the site,which reduces the duty rate of the engine.In order to avoid blind and unfounded flaw detection,the key points are selected through the calculation of stress and strain.The cumulative damage of natural storage and shipborne duty is calculated respectively,and the cumulative damage of the two states is converted.Finally,the nondestructive testing time of a certain solid rocket engine is determined.It provides a certain theoretical basis for damage detection.
