摘要
针对某型飞机燃油测量计算机进行低温试验时出现无ARINC429通讯信号输出的故障分析,确定故障发生的原因是印制板软件没有布置CD4069六反向器3-5的连线,导致CD4069六反向器输出的电平信号不正常,造成后级计数器54LS92不能对6 MHz信号进行计数分频。通过列举排查和解决方法,为ARINC429通讯电路设计提供参考,避免在设计过程中出现同类故障。
Based on the failure analysis of ARINC429 communication signal output during the low-temperature test of a certain aircraft fuel measurement computer,it determined that the cause of the failure of PCB software is that it doesn’t decorate CD4069 six reverser 3-5 attachment,which causes that the CD4069 six reverser output level signal is not normal,and the backstage counter 54LS92 cannot count the 6MHz signal.By enumerating the troubleshooting and solving methods,it can provide references for the design of ARINC429 communication circuit and avoid similar failures in the design process.
