美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律不齐的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and safety of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律不齐的疗效及安全性。方法:收治冠心病心律不齐患者76例,随机分为参照组及研究组,每组各38例。参照组采用胺碘酮治疗,研究组采用美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组血脂水平、心功能各指标和不良反应发生率均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病心律不齐的疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease.Methods:76 patients with arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the reference group and the study group,the reference group was treated with amiodarone,and the study group was treated with metoprolol combined with amiodarone,and we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the levels of blood lipids,heart function and incidence of adverse reactions were all better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of metoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia due to coronary heart disease was significant,and the safety was high.
