肩锁关节脱位82例临床诊治观察

Clinical diagnosis and treatment observation of 82 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation

目的:探讨肩锁关节脱位的临床诊治方法和效果。方法:收治肩锁关节脱位患者82例,分为两组。对照组给予保守治疗,试验组给予钩钢板内固定手术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钩钢板内固定手术治疗肩锁关节脱位患者的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods:82 cases of patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation were divided into two groups.The control group was given conservative treatment,while the experiment group was treated with hook plate internal fixation,the clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hook plate internal fixation was effective in the treatment of patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
