食管癌根治性放疗复发再程放疗疗效分析

Efficacy of secondary radiotherapy for recurrent esophageal cancer after radical radiotherapy

目的:探讨接受根治性放疗治疗后复发的食管癌患者再次实施再程放疗的临床效果。方法:收治根治性放疗治疗后复发的食管癌患者120例,分为参照组与观察组,每组各60例。参照组采用常规再程放疗,观察组采用三维适形放疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗有效率高于参照组,恶化率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对根治性放疗治疗后复发的食管癌患者采取三维适形放疗治疗,可提高治疗有效率。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of secondary radiotherapy for recurrent esophageal cancer after radical radiotherapy.Methods:120 patients with recurrent esophageal cancer after radical radiotherapy were selected,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group.The reference group was given conventional secondary radiotherapy,and the observation group was given three dimensional conformal radiation therapy,we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the reference group,and the deterioration rate was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with recurrent esophageal cancer after radical radiotherapy,three dimensional conformal radiation therapy can improve the efficiency of treatment.
