顺式阿曲库铵联合丙泊酚对全身麻醉手术患者应激反应和围拔管期残余肌松效应的影响体会

Effect of CIS atracurium combined with propofol on the stress response and residual muscle relaxation effect during extubation in patients undergoing general anesthesia

目的:探讨顺式阿曲库铵联合丙泊酚对全身麻醉手术患者应激反应与围拔管期残余肌松效应的影响。方法:收治全身麻醉手术患者80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼全身麻醉,观察组给予顺式阿曲库铵联合丙泊酚麻醉,比较两组麻醉指标以及麻醉前后心率、平衡动脉压。结果:观察组麻醉作用时间、麻醉起效时间长于对照组,残余肌松效应持续时间、拔管肌松恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉后心率、平衡动脉压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:顺式阿曲库铵联合丙泊酚能够有效改善全身麻醉手术患者的应激反应水平,缩短残余肌松持续时间。

Objective:To investigate the effect of CIS atracurium combined with propofol on the stress response and residual muscle relaxation effect during extubation in patients undergoing general anesthesia.Methods:80 cases of patients undergoing general anesthesia were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given propofol combined with remifentanil for general anesthesia,and the observation group was given CIS atracurium combined with propofol,and the anesthetic indexes,heart rate and balanced arterial pressure before and after anesthesia between the two groups were compared.Results:The time of anesthesia and the onset time of anesthesia in the observation group were longer than those of the control group,the duration of residual muscle relaxation and the recovery time of extubation muscle relaxation were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and equilibrium arterial pressure of the observation group after anesthesia were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CIS atracurium combined with propofol could improve the stress response level of patients undergoing general anesthesia effectively and shorten the duration of residual muscle relaxation.
