红景天对早中期糖尿病视网膜病变治疗效果的临床观察

Effect of herba rhodiolae in the treatment of early and medium diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨红景天治疗早中期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:收治早中期糖尿病视网膜病变患者101例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组48例,治疗组53例。对照组采用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,治疗组采用红景天联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红景天联合羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗早中期糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效更为显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of herba rhodiolae in the treatment of early and medium diabetic retinopathy.Methods:101 patients with early and medium diabetic retinopathy were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with calcium dobesilate capsules,the treatment group was treated with herba rhodiolae combined with calcium dobesilate capsules,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of herba rhodiolae combined with calcium dobesilate capsule in the treatment of early and middle stage diabetic retinopathy was more significant.
