超声联合腔内心电图定位法提高PICC尖端定位的准确性分析

Analysis of ultrasound combined with cavity electrocardiogram positioning method for improving the accuracy of PICC tip positioning

目的:探讨超声联合腔内心电图定位法提高PICC尖端定位的准确性。方法:收治PICC置管患者100例,随机分为联合组和对照组。对照组采用超声进行PICC尖端定位,联合组在对照组基础上联合腔内心电图定位法进行PICC尖端定位,比较两组定位准确性。结果:联合组尖端到位率高于对照组,置管时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组P波预测尖端到位情况与X线片检测结果一致性较高(P<0.05)。结论:超声联合腔内心电图定位法能有效提高PICC尖端定位准确率,缩短置管时间。

Objective:To explore the ultrasound combined with cavity electrocardiogram positioning method for improving the accuracy of PICC tip positioning.Methods:100 patients with PICC catheterization were selected,they were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group.In the control group,the PICC tip localization was performed by ultrasound,and in the combined group,the PICC tip localization was performed by ultrasound combined with cavity electrocardiogram positioning method,we compared the accuracy of the two groups.Results:In the combined group,the point in place rate was higher than that in the control group,and the catheterization time was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the combined group,the consistency of P wave prediction of the point in place and X-ray examination results was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound combined with cavity electrocardiogram positioning method can effectively improve the accuracy of PICC tip positioning and shorten the time of catheter placement.
