探讨集束化护理策略对干预大便失禁重症患者失禁性皮炎发生的效果

Effect investigation of cluster nursing strategy on incontinence dermatitis in patients with severe fecal incontinence

目的:探讨集束化护理策略对干预大便失禁重症患者失禁性皮炎发生的效果。方法:收治大便失禁重症患者120例,随机分为两组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化护理,比较两组平均护理时间、失禁性皮炎发生率。结果:观察组平均护理时间显著少于对照组,失禁性皮炎发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理策略对大便失禁患者失禁性皮炎的疗效确切,能有效地减少失禁性皮炎的发生。

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing strategy on incontinence dermatitis in patients with severe fecal incontinence.Methods:120 cases of patients with severe fecal incontinence were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cluster nursing,the average nursing time and incidence of incontinence dermatitis were compared between the two groups.Results:The average nursing time in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of incontinence dermatitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing strategy was effective in the treatment of incontinence dermatitis in patients with fecal incontinence and can reduce the incidence of incontinence dermatitis effectively.
