摘要
目的:研究优质护理中对泌尿外科多民族实习护士护理带教方法。方法:选择实习护理专业学生58名为对照组,实施普通的带教方法;选择实习护生60名为观察组,实施优质护理带教方法。比较两组护理带教结果。结果:观察组的理论和操作考核评分均高于对照组,患者满意度也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理和护理带教进行结合,能够提升护生理论知识和技能水平,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the nursing teaching method of multi ethnic internship nursing students in department of urology in high quality nursing.Methods:58 internship nursing students were selected as the control group,they were given ordinary teaching method,60 internship nursing students were selected as the observation group,they were given High quality nursing teaching method,we compared the results of nursing teaching of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of theory and operation assessment were higher than those of the control group,and the patients'satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of quality nursing and nursing teaching can enhance the level of theoretical knowledge and skills of internship nursing students and improve patient satisfaction.
