发展性照顾护理在NICU早产儿中的应用

The application of developmental care in preterm infants in NICU

目的:研究发展性照顾护理在NICU早产儿中的应用效果。方法:收治NICU早产儿58例,随机平分两组。对观察组早产儿实施发展性照顾护理,对对照组早产儿实施常规护理。比较两组早产儿的每日喂奶量、每日睡眠时间、体重恢复正常时间、住院时间和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组每日喂奶量和睡眠时间多于对照组;观察组体重恢复正常时间和住院时间短于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对NICU早产儿实施发展性照顾护理可以使患儿的住院时间明显缩短,有效改善患儿睡眠,利于体重恢复,增加进食量并且并发症的发生率大大降低。

Objective:To study the application effect of developmental care in preterm infants in NICU.Methods:58 cases of premature infants in NICU were admitted and randomly divided into the two groups.We implemented developmental care for preterm infants in the observation group,while routine nursing care was applied for preterm infants in the control group.The daily milk intake,daily sleep time,weight recovery time,hospital stay time and adverse reactions of two groups of premature infants were compared.Results:The amount of daily feeding and sleep time in the observation group were longer than those in the control group,and the weight recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of developmental care care in NICU preterm infants can shorten the hospitalization time of the children obviously,improve the sleep of the children effectively,improve the weight recovery,increase the intake of food and reduce the incidence of complications.
