优质护理在高海拔地区玻璃体切割手术患者中的体会分析

Analysis of high quality nursing for patients undergoing vitrectomy in high altitude area

目的:探讨优质护理在高海拔地区玻璃体切割手术患者中的应用体会。方法:收治玻璃体切割手术患者316例,给予优质护理,总结护理经验。结果:316例患者均顺利完成玻璃体切割手术,无严重并发症发生。术后1个月视力手动/0.5 m～0.6,平均眼压(2.18±0.47)kPa。结论:在高海拔地区玻璃体切割手术患者中实施优质护理可保障手术顺利进行。

Objective:To explore the experience of high quality nursing for patients undergoing vitrectomy in high altitude area.Methods:316 cases of patients with vitrectomy were treated with high quality nursing,and the nursing experience was summarized.Results:All the 316 cases of patients completed vitrectomy successfully without serious complications.The visual acuity after one month was/0.5 m^0.6,and the mean intraocular pressure was(2.18±0.47)kPa.Conclusion:High quality nursing for patients with vitrectomy in high altitude area could ensure smooth operation.
