在支气管哮喘患者护理中应用临床护理路径的效果

Effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with bronchial asthma

目的:探讨在支气管哮喘患者护理工作中应用临床护理路径的方法与效果。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者80例,分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。分别采用临床护理路径以及常规护理开展护理工作,比较两组患者的护理效果以及护理满意度。结果:观察组护理总有效率95%,比对照组的75%更高(P<0.05),观察组的护理满意度达97.5%,也高于对照组的80%(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径是支气管哮喘患者的有效护理方式,能够缓解临床症状。

Objective:To explore the methods and effects of applying clinical nursing pathways in nursing work of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:80 patients with bronchial asthma were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group equally,the clinical nursing pathway and routine nursing were adopted to carry out nursing work respectively,the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,higher than that of the control group(75%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group(80%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical nursing pathway is an effective nursing method for bronchial asthma patients,and can relieve clinical symptoms.
