摘要
目的:探讨食管癌术后患者实施舒适护理的方法和临床效果。方法:收治食管癌患者45例,分为对照组和观察组。观察组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规的简单护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度评分、生活质量评分和术后并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管癌术后患者实施舒适护理的临床效果显著。
Objective:To explore the methods and clinical effects of comfortable nursing for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:45 patients with esophageal cancer were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,the observation group was given comfortable nursing,the control group was given the routine simple nursing,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the nursing satisfaction score,quality of life score and postoperative complication rate were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of comfortable nursing for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer was remarkable.
