摘要
目的:探讨早期康复护理干预对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者神经和认知功能的积极作用。方法:收治缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者88例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各44例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用早期康复护理干预,比较两组神经功能及认知功能改善情况。结果:护理后,观察组生活能力、神经功能和认知功能水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理干预应用在缺血性脑卒中恢复期中能改善患者神经功能和认知功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the positive effects of early rehabilitation nursing on neurological and cognitive function in patients with ischemic stroke during convalescence.Methods:88 patients with ischemic stroke during convalescence were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention,we compared the improvement of nerve function and cognitive function in the two groups.Results:After nursing,the life ability,neurological function and cognitive function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with ischemic stroke during convalescence can improve patients'neurological function and cognitive function,and improve their quality of life.
