摘要
目的:探讨以家庭为单位的护理管理应用于社区糖尿病患者的效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用常规护理模式+以家庭为单位的护理管理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组认知行为总得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为单位的护理管理应用于社区糖尿病患者的效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of family based nursing management on community patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:100 patients with diabetes were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was given the routine nursing mode,the observation group was given the routine nursing mode and the family based nursing management,we compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total score of cognitive behavior was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of family based nursing management on community patients with diabetes mellitus was significant.
