连续性护理模式对前列腺增生患者术后生活质量的影响分析

Effect analysis of continuous nursing mode on postoperative quality of life in patients with prostatic hyperplasia

目的:探讨连续性护理模式对前列腺增生患者术后生活质量的影响。方法:收治前列腺增生行经尿道前列腺电切术患者58例,随机分为两组,每组各29例。对照组给予围手术期常规护理,观察组给予连续性护理模式,比较两组并发症、术后生活质量。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后生活质量(SF-36)评分在总体健康、躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、精神健康等方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在前列腺增生症患者经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期给予连续性护理干预有助于降低术后并发症发生率和提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode on postoperative quality of life in patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:58 cases of patients with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral electrocision were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing mode,the complications and postoperative quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of postoperative quality of life(SF-36)in the observation group was higher than that of the control group in the overall health,body pain,physiological function,social function,mental health and so on,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention for patients with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral electrocision in the perioperative period was helpful to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.
