个性化健康管理服务对高血压前期患者进行有效防治的作用分析

Preventive and therapeutic effects of personalized health management services on patients with prehypertension

目的:探讨个性化健康管理服务对高血压患者进行有效防治的作用。方法:收治高血压患者66例,分为观察组和对照组,每组各33例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化健康管理服务,比较两组临床效果与康复时间。结果:观察组高血压相关防治知识了解率和服务满意率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康管理服务对高血压患者进行有效防治的作用显著。

Objective:To explore the preventive and therapeutic effects of personalized health management services on patients with prehypertension.Methods:66 patients with hypertension were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given the personalized health management service,we compared the clinical effect and the recovery time of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the awareness rate of hypertension related knowledge and satisfaction rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preventive and therapeutic effects of personalized health management services on patients with prehypertension was significant.
