发育监测是对具有发育风险的儿童进行发现以及鉴定的过程,而发育筛选主要是采用简单且标准的筛查工具来对发育迟缓以及发育障碍的儿童进行评估。所以儿童发育监测以及筛查在社区儿童保健中有着较为重要的应用价值。

Development monitoring was a process of discovery and identification of children with developmental risk,and developmental screening was mainly simple and standard screening tool to assess children with developmental retardation and developmental disorders.So the monitoring and screening of children had more important application value in community health care for children.
