碱性清洗剂对消毒供应室医疗器械清洗质量的应用效果观察

Application effect observation of alkaline detergent on cleaning quality of medical equipment in disinfection supply room

目的:探讨碱性清洗剂在消毒供应室医疗器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:选择医疗器械850件,分为两组,每组各425件。对照组给予多酶清洗剂进行清洗,观察组给予碱性清洗剂进行清洗,比较两组清洗质量、清洗剂评分。结果:观察组清洗质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组安全性评分、实用性评分、经济性评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:碱性清洗剂可提高医疗器械的清洗质量,其安全性、实用性和经济性评分较高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of alkaline detergent in cleaning of medical equipment in disinfection supply room.Methods:850 cases of medical equipment were divided into two groups.The control group was washed with multiple enzyme detergent,the observation group was washed with alkaline detergent,and the cleaning quality,the score of detergent between the two groups were compared.Results:The quality of cleaning in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The safety score,practicality score and economic score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alkaline detergent could improve the cleaning quality of medical equipment,and its safety,practicability and economy score was higher.
