Effect of Nutritional Nursing on Health of Pregnant Women and Infants

目的:探讨营养护理对孕产妇母婴健康的影响。方法:随机选取2016年9月—2017年9月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院收治并顺利分娩的产妇112例,按照数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例。对照组采用常规家庭饮食,观察组采用产后营养护理,对比分析两组产妇的母乳喂养情况、新生儿身体发育情况、产妇心理状态变化及住院时间。结果:观察组产妇产后7d的母乳喂养率(91. 07%)、新生儿身长(53. 14±3. 82cm)、新生儿体重(3. 61±0. 41kg)及新生儿头围(36. 53±3. 41cm)明显高于对照组产妇产后7d的母乳喂养率(71. 43%)、新生儿身长(51. 23±4. 24cm)、新生儿体重(3. 29±0. 34kg)及新生儿头围(34. 19±3. 24cm); SAS评分(37. 14±3. 71)、SDS评分(34. 56±3. 31)及住院时间(12. 51±1. 78d)明显低于对照组的SAS评分(41. 38±4. 24)、SDS评分(38. 19±3. 25)及住院时间(14. 21±2. 35d),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:产后营养护理对孕产妇母婴健康的影响效果明显,促进产妇身体恢复和新生儿生长发育,提高母乳喂养率,显著改善产妇的焦虑和抑郁症状,缩短住院时间。产后营养护理效果确切,值得临床上广泛推广。

Objective To explore the effect of nutritional nursing on the health of pregnant women infant.Method A total of 112 pregnant women who smoothly delivered in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,56 cases in each group.The control group was given regular family diet,and the observation group was given nutritional nursing.The breastfeeding,newborn physical development,maternal psychological status and hospitalization time of two groups were comparatively analyzed.Result The breastfeeding rate(91.07%),neonatal length(53.14±3.82cm),neonatal weight(3.61±0.41kg),and neonatal head circumference(36.53±3.41cm)at 7 days after delivery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[breastfeeding rate(71.43%),neonatal length(51.23±4.24cm),neonatal weight(3.29±0.34kg),and neonatal head circumference(34.19±3.24cm).And the SAS score(37.14±3.71),SDS score(34.56±3.31),and hospitalization time(12.51±1.78d)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[SAS score(41.38±4.24),SDS score(38.19±3.25),and hospitalization time(14.21±2.35d),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum nutritional nursing has a significant effect on health of pregnant women and infant,it can promote physical recovery of pregnant women and neonatal growth,increase breastfeeding rates,significantly improve anxiety and depressive symptoms of pregnant women,and can shorten hospitalization time.The effect of postpartum nutritional nursing is definitive and worthy of widespread clinical application.
