摘要
辅导员是高校开展思想政治教育工作的核心力量,在大学生的学习成长当中扮演着重要的引导角色。以激励理论为指导,通过建立科学的激励机制,落实激励政策从而切实提升高校辅导员工作水平,强化高校辅导员队伍建设效果,促进高校教育工作的积极开展。本文主要对激励理论视阀下的高校辅导员队伍建设现状及改进策略进行探讨。
Counselors are the core force of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and they play an important guiding role in college students'learning and growth.Guided by the incentive theory,through the establishment of a scientific incentive mechanism,the implementation of incentive policies to effectively improve the level of work of College counselors,strengthen the effectiveness of college counselors team building,and promote the active development of College education.This paper mainly discusses the current situation and improvement strategies of College counselors'team construction under the perspective of incentive theory.
