基于PSR模型的装备制造业绿色持续创新机制研究

摘要 强调创新的持续性与绿色性是中国装备制造业实现产业结构调整与转型升级的客观需要。本文系统分析了装备制造业绿色持续创新机制,将其划分为动力机制、协同机制与保障机制。研究表明:动力机制主要从产业结构、能源结构及国家政策等因素诱发创新驱动;协同机制强调创新实施过程中技术创新与制度创新的协同效应;保障机制突出反映经济、社会、生态价值间实现有效地转换。最后,绿色持续创新机制的达成还需要兼顾动力机制、协同机制及保障机制三者间的双向联动作用。 Emphasizing the sustainability and greenness of innovation is an objective need for China's equipment manufacturing industry to achieve industrial restructuring,transformation and upgrading.The green continuous innovation mechanism of equipment manufacturing industry is systematically analyzed,which is divided into dynamic mechanism,cooperative mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The research shows that the dynamic mechanism mainly induces innovation drive from industrial structure,energy structure and national policies.The collaborative mechanism emphasizes the synergistic effect of technological innovation and institutional innovation in the process of innovation implementation.The safeguard mechanism prominently reflects the effective transformation between economic,social and ecological values.Finally,the green sustainable innovation mechanism also needs to take into account the dynamic mechanism,synergistic mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
