本文指出了当前我国个人信息行政法保护中存在的不足,例如立法不足、缺乏统一的原则规范和相关的制度缺失。在文章的最后提出了完善个人信息行政法保护的一些设想,以便可以更好规制行政机关的权力,保护好公民个人信息不受非法利用。

Therefore,this paper points out the current deficiencies in the protection of personal information administrative law in China,such as insufficient legislation,lack of unified principles and norms and relevant systems.At the end of the paper,some ideas of perfecting the protection of personal information administrative law are put forward,so as to better regulate the power of administrative organs and protect citizens'personal information from illegal use.
