S掺杂TiO_2/硅藻土复合光催化材料的制备及其特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,以硫脲为S源,硅藻土为载体,用超声辅助溶胶-凝胶制备了S掺杂纳米TiO_2/硅藻土复合光催化剂。采用差示量热扫描分析仪(DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射(UV-Vis)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等测试技术对复合材料的结构进行表征。选用煅烧温度,不同S掺杂量,不同TiO_2负载量及重复使用等作为影响复合材料光催化性能的因素进行探究。结果表明,当煅烧温度为500℃,S掺杂量为7.5%,TiO_2负载量为40%的条件下制备的催化剂有着最佳催化活性,在500W紫外灯照射下,复合材料的光催化去除TNT(50mg/L)的效果最佳,达到86.3%,且复合材料具有良好再生利用性能。 The S-doped nano-TiO 2/diatomite composite photocatalyst was prepared by ultrasonic assisted sol-gel with butyl titanate as precursor,thiourea as S source and diatomite as carrier.The catalyst was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra(UV-Vis),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy spectrum Analytical(EDS)analysis.The effects of calcination temperature,different S doping amount,TiO 2 loading and repeated use on the photocatalytic properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that the photocatalytic activity of catalyst prepared under the calcination temperature of 500℃,S doping amount of 7.5%,TiO 2 loading of 40%,under the irradiation of 500 W UV lamp,the photocatalytic removal rate of TNT(50 mg/L)is the best,and the composite material had good recyclability.
