摘要
调节阀口径的选择直接影响着工艺生产的正常运行以及质量控制。结合ISA规范,从理论上叙述了调节阀口径的选择原则及流量系数CV的计算过程,得出了不同工况下影响调节阀CV值的主要因素;针对计算过程,阐述了数字化集成设计系统中调节阀数据表填写的注意事项。结合工程项目中调节阀的选型实例,验证了CV值计算原则。结果表明:阐述的影响因素对调节阀CV值的计算结果起主要作用,简化公式能较好地估算CV值。
The selection of control valve caliber influences the normal operation of production and quality control directly.According to the ISA specification,the selection principle of control valve caliber and the calculation process of flow coefficient Cv are introduced from the point of theory.The main influence factors of flow coefficient are obtained under different working conditions.In the light of the calculation process,the notices of tiling out the control valve datasheet in the digital integrated design system are expounded.The calculation principle of Cv value is verified by combining actual example of type selection of control valve in the specific project.The results show the influence factors expounded play a major role in the calculation results of the Cv value of control valve.The simplified formula can also be used to estimate the Cv value well.
