摘要
长输管道长期处在自然状态下,受电化学腐蚀及外部人为因素的影响,易造成管道泄漏,为了保证管道长期稳定的运行,运用多种方法检测管道的泄漏情况。通过分析、对比几种管线泄漏检测方法的原理,研究了系统配置、变送器的选择、网络设置等。实际应用证明:长输管线泄漏检测技术可以快速、准确地定位漏油点的具体位置,但仍有其局限性,并探讨了该技术的优缺点。
Long distance transportation pipeline is easy to cause pipeline leakage because of long time exposed in the natural condition with influences of electrochemical corrosion and external human factors.To ensure long-term and stable operation,a variety of methods are u^ed to detect pipeline leakage.Through the comparison and analysis of the principles of several pipeline leakage detection methods,the system configuration,transmitter selection,network setting and so on are studied.The practical application indicates although the specific location of oil leakage in long distance transportation pipeline can be positioned quickly and accurately through the leakage detection technology,it still has some limitations.Advantages and disadvantages of the leakage detection technology are discussed.
