摘要
根据与中南大学、郑州大学建立的铬粉矿制备球团技术研究项目。前两期针对铬粉矿制球的原材料及制备球团配比等进行综合试验分析。该部分主要对球团管炉烧结、链篦机-回转窑扩大试验及竖炉模拟试验分析研究。希望能为铬铁生产、球团制备及球团预还原技术提供基础依据。
This paper based on the cooperation research project of chrome powder ore pellet preparation technology with Central South University and Zhengzhou University.In the previous two papers,the comprehensive experiment analysis were conducted on raw material and pellet matching.In this paper,pellet tube furnace sintering,chain grate machine rotary kiln expansion experiment and vertical furnace simulation experiment were conducted.All these provide basic basis for pellet preparation,ferrochromium production and pellet pre-reduction.
